SUSTAINING SPONSOR - $3000
Sponsorship of our four fundraising endeavors

• Prominent recognition on our 4th Annual Starlight, Star Bright display located on the 3rd floor of the Outpatient Comprehensive Cancer Center of WFU throughout the month of May. Three Platinum "stars".
• Platinum Sponsorship - Four golfers participating in the 15th Annual Bob MacKay Memorial Golf Tournament on Monday, September 29 at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro. This will include company/individual recognition with a Hole Sponsorship and recognition in our golf program.
• Prominent recognition at our "Dining to Make a Difference" fundraiser at Natty Greene's Pub and Brewing Co. on Saturday, October 11. Two passes to our VIP Beer Tasting in The Loft at Natty Greene's

4th ANNUAL STARLIGHT, STAR BRIGHT SPONSOR- $250 (May, 2008)

• Three Platinum Stars - in honor of or in memory of a friend, co-worker or loved one who has been touched by cancer.
• Company recognition on our Starlight, Star Bright display during the month of May on the 3rd floor of the Outpatient Comprehensive Cancer Center of Wake Forest University

15th ANNUAL BOB MACKAY MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT - September 29

• Monday, September 29, Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro. (please note course change from prior year)
• The tournament will benefit bone marrow transplant and cancer research at WFUSM, Section on Hematology and Oncology.
• New Format: Texas Scramble - team play. Grand Prize TBA
• Registration will begin at 10 AM. Lunch served at 11:30 AM. Shotgun start at 12:30 PM.
• Dinner and awards ceremony following play will be held in the Sedgefield Ballroom.
• GRAND AUCTION ITEM - A round of golf for four at the TPC at Sawgrass with play on the Stadium and Valley Course, donated by the PGA Tour with special thanks to Blaine McAllister, PGA Tour Professional and an overnight stay for four donated by the Marriott at Sawgrass Beach ad Resort.
• Field limited to 128 golfers. Additional information available upon request.

Platinum Sponsorship - $2500

• Four golfers participating - includes green fees, cart fees, lunch, dinner and gift bags
• Prominent company name recognition with Hole Sponsorship.
• Recognition in our golf program and on Corporate Banner.

Gold Sponsorship - $1500

• Two golfers participating - includes green fees, cart fees, lunch, dinner and gift bags
• Company recognition in golf program and on Corporate Banner

"DINING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE" SPONSOR- $250 (Saturday, October 11)
Natty Greene's Pub and Brewing Co., 305 S. Elm Street, Greensboro

• We will invite friends from across the Triad and beyond to dine, enjoy music (band TBA) with 10% the sales benefiting the MacKay Foundation for Cancer Research supporting cancer research and education at WFUSM. Last year, over 1,000+ supported the fundraiser.
• 4 VUIP Beer Tasting passes which will be held in The Loft (afternoon and evening)
• Corporate/Individual recognition on our "Dining to Make a Difference" Sponsorship Sign
• Corporate Banners (if provided) will be displayed outside along wrought iron fence surrounding the patio.

2008 Christmas Starlight, Star Bright - ($250)

• Three Platinum Stars - in honor of or in memory of a friend, co-worker or loved one who has been touched by cancer.
• Company recognition at our Christmas Starlight, Star Bright tree during the month of December on the 3rd floor of the Outpatient Comprehensive Cancer Center of Wake Forest University.
