6th Annual 2010 Starlight, Star Bright 
Benefiting Blood and Marrow Transplant, Leukemia and Hematology Cancer Research and Education We cordially invite corporations and friends to consider being a sponsor, making a charitable donation or purchasing a "star" in honor of or in memory of a loved one, friend or co-worker who has been touched by cancer. All our "stars" will be displayed throughout the month of May on the 3rd floor of the Outpatient Cancer Clinic of Wake Forest University - viewed by over 2,000 patients and visitors each day. This will be a wonderful way to raise money for cancer research while also bringing awareness to our community of the need for continued cancer research and education. A personal acknowledgement letter will be sent to your "star" recipient or their family member, that a star has been donated in their honor or in memory of a loved one touched by cancer.Download the form as well as the RSVP card - include the name of your honoree and their address, your billing information and return to the MacKay Foundation for Cancer Research, 7Thimbleberry Square, Greensboro, NC 27455.
